Refund policy

 Damages and Issues: 

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) if the item defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unworn.  You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at badesignsshop@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your package. Email will need to include order number, name and address on the order. If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.  

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item and inform you if the return is accepted. if approved, you'll receive a refund on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items or gift cards.
